Quality
Quality is the main factor that scales the success of any business or organisation. Thus, believing in the same, we always maintain world class quality standards in each product to provide end user. Quality checks are inbuilt in the process to maintain complete control at every stage of forging cycle. Raw material selection, cutting and forging processes are carried out in pre-specified fashion.
Samples are checked for dimensional accuracy and metallurgical soundness. Samples of hot forgings are inspected at regular intervals for visual forging defects and dimensional accuracy and hardness is finally tested to meet the requirements. Moreover, we also keep watch on new developments in production techniques and innovations in our industry. We make additional efforts to improve our production process in order to strengthen quality and efficiency as well as to cut down production cost.
